PROBA-V captured a nice view of Hotan, a Chinese oasis town bordered by the vast desert and the Kunlun mountains below. This 100 m false-colour image nicely shows the agricultural areas and 2 crossing streams, the Black and White Jade river, that are situated around Hotan.
