This week, a Belgian delegation presided by HRH Princess Astrid, is visiting the People’s Republic of China to strengthen the economic ties between both countries. During this mission, Belgian potato industry association Belgapom and a centre for agriculture and fisheries promotion, VLAM, organize a specific event to highlight the potato value chain. There, VITO will present the use of satellite technology and field observations for potato monitoring, the WatchItGrow service.
